More whispers in the crowd...

Passing the accordian player...I could have sworn he said..."he's in a cold place..."

I am far from my mark as I hover about. Searching.

Another weary traveler insisted that there was a clue on this board...but I didn't find a thing...unless I am to believe there is a code inside the "for rent" postings. This fine dressed man asked for a ride and he is currently traveling with me, although I am keeping my information to myself incase he is a spy.

Tonight I am turning the hat to the north in flight to see what clues I might pick up on the accordian players advice.

wandering the streets...

I heard a whisper today. In the streets of Chinatown...some pointed at me. How rude they were...unfeeling. I search and search for Zachariah. I found a clue while flying from the carnival that led me to New York. There among a bag of items...left as though accidentally. Someone left in a hurry.

A piece from the New York Times about a wild cat with uncanny human characteristics. It loved to wear hats. In this piece there was a photo of the cat wearing a small bowler. This must connect to Zachariah...the best hat maker in the land. So on to New York, unfortunately I am not sure where to look first so I wander. I have decided to not fly as much. When I landed I was greeted with a mad lot of hotdogs thrown at me. So on foot I proceed.

P.S. A very Happy Birthday to a good friend...Nixie!!

The first part of my journey...

Today I thought I caught sight of Zachariah's donkey hag at this carnival. They repeatedly denied that this was his and called the beast "Nelly." Before I flew away I called out, "Henrietta!" and the hag started jumping about, kicking it's legs. Something strange is afoot.

Onward to the next town.

The Great Hoo Doo begs to differ

A rant or two...or three.

This is what I do here. Zachariah however...he just is missing in action. I am afraid that it is now I must go in search of him. You may have figured that this will be a life changing journey. Regardless of our banter, we understand each other. Brothers until the end.

Dear friends, wish me luck and health as I begin this endevour. I will give you updates as I journey in my hat in the air above. I only hope that from that vantage I will be able to spot him. Onward. More to come...

and so it begins...
